Shipping & Refund Policies

Processing time for pre-order wigs is 10-16 business days. "Create Your Own Wig" pre-order wigs have a processing time of 10-15 business days. Shipping time is 4-7 business days. Business days are Monday-Friday. Holidays are not included. Please note that orders placed over the weekend will begin the processing time the following business day. All orders require a signature for delivery and are covered with package insurance. The address on your billing information must match your shipping address. Orders in the US are shipped via USPS. Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via your email. Please allow up to 48 business hours for tracking to fully update.

All wig orders require the Buyer Form to be filled out before your order is completed. The form can be found at the top of the site

Once USPS has possession of your parcel, we are no longer responsible for any damages that may occur during shipment nor are we responsible for any lost/stolen packages. All packages are covered with shipping insurance and require a signature upon delivery. 

Return Policy

Due to the nature of the products, returns and exchanges are not accepted. Blessed be the Mane is not responsible for any improperly fitted wigs. Before purchasing a wig, please be sure to properly measure your head. All wigs are non-refundable and can’t be exchanged unless an error was made by Blessed be the Mane, in which case, an exchange will be allowed. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
